1/72 FIAT 6616 by Brach Model

Armored car FIAT 6616 - Italian reconnaissance armored car of the 70s. Used by the army and police of Italy. Delivered to Peru, Libya and Somalia. The Italian contingent was used in the peacekeeping mission in Lebanon in 1982-83. Armed with a cannon and machine gun. Crew 3 people. The resin model is made by the Italian company Brach Model. In general, the model is good with good casting. I added/ replaced some small details. The model is painted with Tamiya paints. Make some weathering efficts used by enamel products of AMMO by MIG Jimenez.

Thorneycroft 3 ton Lorry AA version - Pre-painted condition

So. Here is what the model looks like before painting. Not enough belts for binding the awning over the cab. And the engine handle. They will be added at the end. I replaced the following parts: - front fenders and their holders (used beer tin and wire) - all headlights and their holders. - front bumper (used copper strips and a piece of needle from a syringe).  - stick steering wheel. I re-made of leverage. They were very rude. I added hooks and their holders in front. Chains. Horn. Add one part on gun. The bottom photo shows old parts for comparison with new ones. To be continued ...
