This is the model of the English company W ^ D.
The model was released several years ago (until the release of the most accurate and cheapest for today, Austin from Masterbox).
The model is made of resin and metal parts. Also an anachronism.
This set has several problems:
The first - in the title it is written that this is the model of the third series.
In fact, this is a model of the fourth series.
I needed to assemble this model for my client exactly as a model of the third series. And so I had to change some of the details that are characteristic of the third series.
The second, and biggest problem of this model is a very narrow nose.
As you can see, the difference is very great. But I had to accept it.
It is thinner by about 30% than necessary. Here is a comparison with the right-hand nose from Masterbox.
Removing old wings:
The wheels in the this kit do not have a tire pattern. So I also replaced the wheels on copies from the Masterbox. Unfortunately, Masterbox wheels do not have the right tire pattern, but they look more accurate.
In addition, I replaced the Hotchkiss machine guns with Maxims and protective strips for machine guns with photoetched Nord Star Models.
I made a new rear bumper, replaced the rear springs. In the set they were just single strips. And it does not look like springs at all. I also made a more accurate step of the driver. And mount for headlights.
The firm produces models in a scale of 1/76. This is the favorite mastab of the old English school.
But now it is almost forgotten. Since most prefer 1/72.The model was released several years ago (until the release of the most accurate and cheapest for today, Austin from Masterbox).

This figure shows one of the differences of the third series from the fourth.
Therefore, I replaced the armored sheets with triangular embrasures with improvised ones with rectangular embrasures.
As you can see, the difference is very great. But I had to accept it.

I removed very thick front wings and replaced them with self-made ones. Of thin metal.
