ENG
Resin model of the first USA heavy tank in 1/76 scale by Cromwell models .It is completely non-alternative model of this tank in 1/76-1/72 scale.
In general, I liked the model very much. Fortunately, this problem was solved quite easily here. Since the tracks on this tank are visible only from the outside.
So I made copies of the upper tracks and replaced all the defective tracks on the lower parts of the tracks with new ones.
So now on this model they are all without casting defects :)
I also redid the bottom of the model. I made rivets and jointing there.
I also replaced the resin machine gun barrels with bored brass tubes. Also replaced resin the handrails with wire ones. Made a rack for the rear "spoiler". Added thimbles to the front and back.
Model was painted using Tamiya paints. Added wash and strike effects. Added some dust with pigments.
I also worked with the tracks, to creating the realistic effect of their non-uniform pollution.
